WHAT HAPPENS DURING EXPANDED ORGASMS IN HUMAN FEMALE ?
By Jonathan Seagull
Expanded Orgasm is new term coined by Patricia Taylor in 1995, in her PhD thesis and in her book ‘Expanded Orgasm’. It means a continous orgasmic state that may last for from a couple of minutes to hours. Similar experiences have been defined in Tantric literature and Taoist Love Making in the East. In her video ‘Expand Her Orgasm Tonight’ Patricia Taylor proves in herself how a woman can have an extended and/or expanded orgasm through the stimulation of both clitoris and G-Spot. Brauers also defined the similar experiences in female subjects in their book ‘ESO Ecstasy Program’ during early 1990’s.
Expanded Orgasm, in fact, is a form of Status Orgasmus, a term coined by Masters and Johnson in 1966, defining a short orgasmic state lasting from 10 seconds to 1 minute in their book ‘Human Sexual Response’.
For a woman, to extend or expand her orgasm, the crucial phenomenon is to have blended orgasms, defined by Ladas, Perry, Whipple in their book ‘The G-Spot and Recent Discoveries About Human Sexuality’ (1983). My personal experience is that a woman who has a capacity to have vaginal orgasms, G-Spot awareness, PC-muscle training it is possible to have multiple orgasms, extended/expanded orgasms, blended orgasms and/or status orgasmus. I have experienced at least 15 to 20 women who could attain certain forms of status orgasmus. The pleasure taken from blended orgasms is much more than the pleasure taken from vaginal or clitoral orgasms alone! Status Orgasmus is a kind of Sexual Nirvana for a woman! Status Orgasmus may last from 1-2 minutes to hours in trains of orgasmic tetani of which duration can vary from woman to woman, if proper stimulation to the orgasmic body/mind and proper genital stimulation is continued.
Who can have expanded orgasm and/or Status Orgasmus?
For a woman to attain status orgasmus the crucial criteria are as follows:
- She should be aware of her body and she has to be expert on her masturbation.
- She should have a developed sexual mind.
- She should be aware of making herself ready for an expanded orgasm by means of a good fantasy imagination.
- She should have good clitoral orgasms which can be attained by manually, vibrator, oral sex and other stimulations.
- She should be experiencing vaginal orgasms as well as clitoral orgasms.
- She should be able to combine both vaginal orgasms and clitoral orgasms. She must have experienced blended orgasms.
- She should have a very firm and developed PC-muscles after Kegel exercise training.
- She should be aware of the Grafenberg’s Spot and she should have G-Spot orgasms.
- She should be aware of other possible orgasm triggering loci in her vagina (such as A-Spot, O-Spot)
- She should have a good partner who can maintain coitus for a couple of hours and who has the capacity to stimulate her properly for a long time (from tens of minutes to hours). He has to be very talented for oral sex.
- She should be able to continue attaining orgasms, one after another, namely she should be multi-orgasmic.
- She should be sexually very responsive or hypersexual.
- She should be very active and very investigative in sexual role playing.
- She should be very open minded to novelties and heightened levels of sexual pleasure.
What should be done to give a woman expanded-orgasm and status orgasmus?
The main aim to establish status orgasmus in a woman is to have her experience blended orgasms. She should have both vaginal and clitoral orgasms at the same time. When having both stimulations, she should continuosly contract her PC-muscles, another target for triggering orgasms in women. There are various ways to give blended orgasms:
- During a long lasting intercourse (at least 30 minutes) she should be stimulated by a vibrator on her clitoris as well .
- Her clitoris and G-spot must be stimulated at the same time for a very long time (from 20 minutes to an hour).
- She should be given a proper oral sex, while her G-Spot is also stimulated by finger pressure.
- During above acts she should be contracting her developed and responsive PC-Muscles at the same time.
What does a woman feel during Expanded Orgasm and Status Orgasmus?
I have made many interviews with women who has had expanded orgasms, while some of them were women who experienced status orgasmus during our relationship. An expanded orgasm and status orgasmus vary in women. Some have orgasms lasting for a couple of minutes, some have orgasmic tetanic fits that are nearly 10 to 15 minutes and this tetani repeats after an average of 15 minute refractory periods. These orgasmic tetanic fits may repeat for a couple of hours after the refractory periods.
Generally the women who experience expanded orgasms and/or status orgasmus have the following behavior patterns:
- The number of their classical orgasms is not limited to 2 or 5 or 10. They continue to have many orgasms one after another.
- They continue to have orgasms as long as they are stimulated untill that status orgasmus pattern is over.
- They have a continuos orgasmic tetanic fit which can also be observed from outside, while her belly muscles, her PC-muscles, vagina, uterus, anal spincher are continously contracted.
- They have a final, BIG-O at the end of that particular status orgasmus scene which gives an incredible relief to the women, so that they cannot take it more after 10 to 15 minutes, and go into a refractory period.
- They have a feeling of depersonalization, flying, out of body experience, and an incredible relief compared to classical orgasms.
- In most cases they have an altered states of consciousness after this orgasmic tetanic fit that last for 10 to 15 minutes. This is like the altered states of consciousness induced by their own brain chemistry. They see themselves in meadows, waterfalls, in the sky flying etc.
- Some women describe it as an orgasmic nirvana. They feel a kind of unification with the partner and the universe. They have a kind of feeling which is described as they come out of their body and become a part of universe and become unified with the partner, or become one!
- The dopamin and prolactin release in expanded orgasms and status orgasmus is a couple of folds of that is experienced in classical single orgasms. After the status orgasmus most women have a prolactin drunkiness.
- They say that the pleasure they take from an expanded orgasm and/or status orgasmus is multiples of ten times than the pleasure they get from a single orgasm. Some women say this pleasure is 20 times more satisfactory, some say that it is 100 times more satifactory compared to a classical single orgasm, defined by Masters and Johnson in 1966 in the laboratory.
- ‘The ‘normals’ and limits of female sexuality has not been established yet. There are continents to discover’. That is what the women say when they are relaxed with a status orgasmus for the first time!
