ABUSE AND MISUSE OF TANTRA

Tantra is an ancient Eastern method to discover the enhanced bodily response to love and pleasure. West discovered Tantra after the tranlation of Kama Sutra by Sir Richard Burton, some soft core erotic movies such as Emmanuelle (by Slyvia Cyristel),  the writings of the famous Guru Rajneesh Bhagvan (Osho), and some Tantra books such as Sex Yoga by Omar Garrison. The discovery of Tantra in the West goes back to the hipsters and beat generation, while they pioneered the sexual revolution in the West. We are mentioning about a history of 40 to 50 years. Since then Tantra has been abused in so many ways that, even protitution, polygamy, polyamory, hard core pornography used Tantra as a mystical and oriental ideology for themselves.

In Europe, you can find many Tantra massage adds in fact advertising the prostitution unfortanetly. In Tantra paid Tantra massage, paid prostitution, poly amory, partner swapping is not allowed in the tradition. Tantra is a way to discover sexuality between two lovers, man and woman. It has no concerns with group sex, polygamous behavior, paid erotic Tantra massage. In the West, Tantra has been used to make money in many ways. This abuse is still increasing day by day.

In Neo-Tantra, to have enhanced sexuality between two partners you have to follow the basic principals like ;

1)    Man and woman must be good friends. This rejects one night stands and short term sex partnerships.

2)    Man and woman should be soul mates. This is very essential to establish a spritual deep sexual empathy and relationship. This also rejects polygamous behavior and one night stands.

3)    Man and woman should know each other’s bodies for a long time. This is vey essential in Tantra and Neo-Tantra. Without knowing each other’s bodies, no one can give more pleasure to each other. A long term relationship is needed to practice Tantra; namely, without knowing each other less than 6 to 12 months, there will be no Tantra practice.

4)    Man and woman should be both givers, NOT takers! In Tantra giving is a learned phenomenon and it is related with the unification of each other’s ego into themselves! Without giving, no Tantric attitude can develop. It is to say: Not me, you before!

To summarize the ethical aspects of Tantra we can write down some basic principals as follows, any diversion from those principals is the misuse and abuse of Tantra:

THE ETHICS OF NEO-TANTRA:

1)   You will discover  your body deeply.

2)   You will discover your lover’s body deeply.

3)   You will learn how to give pleasure to yourself and how to make your pleasures ultimate.

4)   You will learn how to give pleasure your lover and how to make her/his pleasure ultimate.

5)   You will learn to discover novelties and  special acts in sexuality.

6)   You will renew yourself and your sexuality.

7)   You will NOT cheat and will NOT perform adultry.

8)   You will be monogamous. No Polyamory or Polygamy is allowed.

9)   You will try to give the utmost and highest pleasure to your lover and beloved.

10)      You will NOT lie to people or your lover just to for the sake of more pleasure.

11)      You will NOT divert into perversions.

12)      You will follow the nature and water in sexual acts.

13)      You will NOT  give harm to other people for the sake of more pleasure.

14)      You will  NOT  give harm to your lover for the sake of more pleasure.

15)      You will experience sex only by loving and compassion.

 16)      You will escape from relations and sexuality without love and compassion. No one night stand, random relationships are allowed.

17)      You will compose a symphony when making love.

18)      You will dance when making love.

19)      You will turn making love and sexuality into a sacred ritual and ecstatic state.

20)      You will love nature and universe, and find it in your lover.

21)      It is you first, not me!

22)      You will prolong sexual act and sexuality.

23)    You will discover the other dimensions of sexuality.

24)    You will transcendant sexuality and raw sex. Sex should become very trivial to you after a while.

25)  You will discover sexuality by a holistic philosopy and discover the gestalt.

26) You will NEVER misuse and abuse Tantra to make money by means of Tantra massage, prostitution, pornography and other means.

27) You will NEVER accept prostituted sex with someone.

28) You will NEVER attain a position, money, social status and a personal good by using your sexuality, which is NOT different than prostitution actually!

28) You will be your own Guru and each others Guru! There is no Guru who can help you other than yourself!

29) No social law, tradition and dogma is acceptable to restrict your creative nature and independence. No social law, tradition or other laws are acceptable to restrict your sexual freedom.  Neo-Tantra is asking you to achieve the ultimate independece for your mind and spirit. So follow NO Dogma.

30) You will respect the FAMILY, protect the FAMILY and be a good parent! Do NOT forget, without a family there will be NO future for your society! Your father and mother are sacred! Your children are sacred! You will NOT be agressive, harsh, bad, hateful, revengeful to your FAMILY, parents and children.

31) You will seek the wisdom wherever you can find it! Without wisdom, love and compassion there can’t be True Tantra! Every Neo-Tantra student is a seeker of wisdom.

32) You will not seek the truth and wisdom, apart from nature and perceived reality! There is no wisdom and truth in metaphysics and paranormal phenomenon, you can only find ghosts there without the real happenings! So DO NOT create ghost, devils, demons, hell and heaven for yourself. Heaven and Hell are in this nature!

33) Be a truth seeker and a wisdom seeker! Get interested in only pure logical truth, the ones outside and the ones coming from inside by intiution! Seek the truth untill you discover the ultimate WISDOM and the ultimate TRUTH!
